The program highlights various forms of digital fraud. How do people get hacked, scammed, or even publicly exposed when their personal data or intimate photos appear online without their consent? The stories are harrowing: from victims who lost tens of thousands of euros to fake investment ads, to people who thought they were buying concert tickets but ended up empty-handed with their bank accounts drained.
Ellie puts a human face to the victims and their experiences, while Daniël and his team of ethical hackers investigate the scammers' methods. Together, they expose the mechanisms behind these digital crimes and provide viewers with practical tips to avoid digital pitfalls.
